Benefit Statements

What formats do you provide?

Our benefit statements are printed on 11 x 17 inch paper and folded to make an 8 ½ x 11 inch booklet.  The cover is printed with a graphic or logo of your choosing.  We can do other sizes, but this is our most popular.

What are the benefits of providing employees with personalized benefit statements?

Most employees only see their take home pay.  They are not aware that, in addition to pay, employers spend on average over 40% more on benefits.  Benefit statements aid in retention and morale by showing employees how important they are to you.

What information do we need to provide?

Benefit packages offered by employers vary greatly.  Therefore, our requirements also vary based on the benefits provided and what you would like to include in the benefit statements.  We will provide a detailed list based on your benefits.  However, a sample list is provided here.
